Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is accepting applications for a Line Operator to support the molding line at the Womelsdorf, PA facility. This full-time role operates on the 3rd shift (10pm–7am, Sunday–Thursday with some Saturdays).

You will be responsible for safe and efficient line operation, monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining production records. The ideal candidate follows standard procedures, can understand computer instructions, and contributes to continuous improvement in

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect molding line and equipment for safe, efficient operation before start-up.
• Verify product specifications against the production schedule.
• Operate and adjust depositor settings to ensure correct weights and material distribution.
• Pump tempered chocolate and center material as needed for machine cooling.
• Monitor product quality (weight, gloss, appearance) and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform changeovers and minor mechanical adjustments between production runs.
• Clean, inspect, and lubricate equipment throughout the day (Autonomous Maintenance).
• Keep the cupper full and maintain continuous line operation.
• Complete required quality checks and production paperwork accurately.
• Report any safety, quality, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety rules, plant guidelines, and attendance requirements.
• Power down equipment and turn in paperwork at the end of the shift.
• Perform additionaltasks asassigned to ensure safe and efficient operation
