Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Utility Worker in Goshen, IN to support dishwashing, basic food prep, and overall kitchen cleanliness. You will be part of a team delivering high‑quality dining and hospitality services to clients, including schools and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans by hand or using dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Receive products from vendors and organize stock.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash and place in designated pickup areas.
• Clean and rotate the walk‑in cooler.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Chef Manager.

Utility Job Summary

The Utility reports to the General Manager. This Utility responsibilities will include washing dishes, pots and pans and other equipment as assigned and maintaining a clean work environment. Representing not only the client but NEXDINE as well, this Utility needs to exhibit great customer service in all aspects of this job.

Utility Essential Functions And Key Tasks
