Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a Utility Worker in Dallas, TX to join our client-facing culinary support team. This role supports dishwashing, kitchen sanitation, and basic food-prep tasks, reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with staff.

The position offers flexible hours (Part Time/Full Time) with weekly pay, competitive hourly rate, and benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Dependable and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Receive products from vendors and organize stock.
• Place clean dishes and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash and place in designated pickup areas.
• Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler.
• Assist with food prep.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Chef Manager.

Utility Job Summary

The Utility reports to the General Manager. This Utility responsibilities will include washing dishes, pots and pans and other equipment as assigned and maintaining a clean work environment. Representing not only the client but NEXDINE as well, this Utility needs to exhibit great customer service in all aspects of this job.

Utility Essential Functions And Key Tasks
