Job summary

Great Western Dining Service, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker for our Neosho County Community College location. The role focuses on maintaining kitchen areas, equipment and utensils while following safety and sanitary standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, and assisting with stock between storage and work areas. Prior utility or maintenance experience is a plus; strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes or pans by hand or dish machine.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and equipment
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• May unload grocery deliveries or transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Cleans equipment and facilities using specific chemicals ensuring safety & sanitary standards.
• Complies with all HACCP and safety policies and procedures.

Utility

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Worker to join our team at our Neosho County Community College location. The Utility position is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below.

Responsibilities:

• Washes dishes or pans by hand or dish machine.


• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and equipment


• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.


• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.


• May unload grocery deliveries or transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.


• Cleans equipment and facilities using specific chemicals ensuring safety & sanitary standards.


• Complies with all HACCP and safety policies and procedures.


• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
