Job summary

Accenture seeks a Talent Reinvention Strategist to help clients reinvent their workforces using data analytics, AI, and human-centered design. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape workforce strategies, and connect talent to business outcomes.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to client proposals, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to deploy GenAI solutions that blend human judgment with machine capabilities. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across integrated Talent functions.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience.
• Minimum 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Minimum 1 year experience serving utilities clients or regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to drive insights to shape experience led end to end Workforce Reinvention programs.
• Manage project teams to use data collection and assessment tools for AI and automation impact.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies.
• Design workforce reinvention strategies highlighting future roles and work implications.
• Lead change programs moving organizations from analysis to action and mentor team members.
