Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership in a manufacturing environment (paper manufacturing preferred).
• Deep knowledge of boiler operation codes, compliance, and industrial utilities.
• Strong communicator with unionized teams and CMMS/SAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Command the operation of an 8-person boiler room team and direct recruitment.
• Shape capital upgrade projects to improve reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee fire, gas, water, and safety systems with rigorous testing.
• Liaise with local utilities for gas, water, and sewer networks.
