Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to inspect, repair, and supervise maintenance operations across our sites. You will manage service contracts, budget for maintenance, and help uphold safety protocols while coordinating repairs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facility maintenance, strong mechanical skills, knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, and proven leadership. We offer competitive salary and comprehensive benefits across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with safety and accessibility codes.

• Scheduling repair projects, cleaning routines and capital improvements.
• Supervising maintenance staff and delegating repair, cleaning and facilities tasks.
• Managing service contracts with external vendors.
• Creating and monitoring facilities budgets for maintenance, repairs and supplies.
• Coordinating repairs.
• Establishing and enforcing workplace safety, emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Basic electrical and controls for troubleshooting operations
• Electrical maintenance of switch gears, breakers, panels, motors, etc.
