Job Description:
Fluor is seeking candidates for opportunities within our Program Delivery Support (PDS) team, working alongside the California High-Speed Rail Authority, to provide program delivery and program management services for one of the largest planned infrastructure projects in the U.S.
The system will connect the 500-mile stretch between the Los Angeles region with the San Francisco Bay Area, with up to 24 stations. The first phase of the program is currently under construction in California’s Central Valley.
The Project Manager CP 2-3 is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of assigned projects from inception to close-out, on schedule, within budget, in accordance with the approved scope, meeting established quality requirements and objectives under the direction of the Senior Project Manager – Acquisitions and the Deputy Director of Real Property. Specific responsibilities include management, oversight, and support of the project teams of all elements of Real Property, including but not limited to acquisition, reporting, etc.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the support activities for the delivery of right-of-way acquisitions.
• Development, continual improvement and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures, systems, and tools, to support right-of-way delivery for needed areas.
• Coordinate with PCM’s and staff to understand the priority of parcels needed to advance construction and support the delivery of those priority parcels.
• Support Senior Project Manager, Deputy Director of Real Property in special tasks, duties, and Reporting.
