Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and knowledge of budgeting, contracts, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of operations for the Utilities Department.
• Direct and evaluate personnel across programs, budgets, contracts, CIP plans, and grants.
• Plan and coordinate five-year CIP program and annual budgets.
• Manage bidding, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract awards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and compliance.
• Provide on-site inspections, guidance, and problem-solving.
• Communicate with County staff, Board, and public.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
