ELIQUENT Life Sciences is hiring a Utilities/MEP SME to support a major expansion project onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on cGMP facilities, preventive and reactive maintenance, and scope refinement with a focus on reliability and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 20+ years in Utilities/MEP maintenance within a regulated environment, experience with SOWs/RFQs, and strong documentation and troubleshooting skills to ensure project success and site readiness.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of Utilities & MEP maintenance in a cGMP environment.
• Experience with SOWs and RFQs.
• Experience with documentation and troubleshooting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Consult on a large expansion project in cGMP facilities onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
• Support development and refinement of scopes for preventive and reactive maintenance.

The Utilities/MEP SME will consult on a large expansion project in cGMP facilities and support development and refinement of scopes for preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance activities onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of Utilities and MEP maintenance in a cGMP regulated environment experience preferred
• Experience with SOWs and RFQs
• Experience with documentation and troubleshooting equipment
