Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in utilities operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Expertise in equipment validation processes and regulatory compliance standards for manufacturing utilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, steam, compressed air, and water treatment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and validation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of critical utility systems including HVAC, steam, water treatment, compressed air, and other mechanical utilities.
• Lead equipment validation activities to ensure utilities and related systems comply with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting protocols to minimize downtime and optimize utility performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to support facility upgrades, expansions, and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including validation protocols, reports, and compliance records, to support audits and inspections.
