Job summary

Cumberland Dairy, a DFA cooperative, seeks an Utilities Lead to monitor heating, cooling, compression and water systems in the plant, ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Shift is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with starting pay $42-$45/hr, plus 401(k), vacation, holidays, and growth opportunities. NJ Red Seal licenses for boilers/refrigeration and wastewater license are required.

Strong safety focus and ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 4 to 6 years managing plant utilities.
• Valid NJ Red Seal Operators License for boilers.
• Red Seal License for refrigeration per NJ laws.
• Industrial Wastewater Treatment Systems Operator license, Grade N-1.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards and requirements.
• Reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor heating, cooling, compression and water systems in the plant.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct preventative, predictive and scheduled maintenance.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and plant procedures.
