You will assist with basic plan details, drawings, and calculations, support specifications and documentation, and participate in field data collection. This role offers a hands-on learning experience with real projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or similar engineering software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam.
• Accountability, communication, planning & organization, personal development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing basic plan details, drawings, and calculations under supervision.
• Support development of specifications and project documentation.
• Draft sections of technical reports or memorandums.
• Participate in field visits to observe tests and collect data.
• Provide general support to project teams and proposal materials.
• Perform duties to gain knowledge of methods, procedures and standards.
• Gather and organize data for departmental projects or reports; assist professionals.
• Utilize company software to complete assignments.
• Assume additional responsibilities to support team and goals.
