Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with data search, input/edit information, and MS Office tools (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Four to six years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support to operate, maintain and repair mechanical utility equipment and building systems.
  • Create and manage replacement/repair projects with in-house and contract services.
  • Maintain a campus 1-year equipment replacement plan and develop the annual MRR execution plan.
  • Coordinate training needs for O&M and ensure objectives are met.
  • Produce and edit engineer reports with charts and spreadsheets.
