Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in utility/ process engineering.
• Experience with mid-to-large capital projects in pharma/biopharma.
• Knowledge of GMP/ USP/ EU GMP/ ISO standards and CFRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvements for utility systems and ensure high reliability.
• Provide engineering support for compliance, safety, and validation activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies including preventive PMs.
• Manage CMMS data integrity and asset lifecycle decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to drive capital projects to completion.
• Prepare and review URS, risk and safety assessments, IQ/OQ protocols.
• Monitor KPIs and provide dashboards on safety, quality and reliability.
• Lead investigations and root‑cause analyses for deviations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
