Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a seasoned Utilities Engineer to lead design, engineering, safety and quality for plant utility systems including clean steam, purified water, WFI, HVAC, plant steam, gases and related systems at the Kankakee site.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability, implement preventive maintenance, and support validations and CAPA processes in a biopharma setting. CSL Behring offers growth through complex projects and regulatory compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience as utilities/facilities engineer with BS; 3+ years with MS.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for operational improvement of utility systems and compliance.
• Provide engineering support to address operational/compliance issues and maintain high reliability.
• Manage CMMS data integrity and lead Reliability Centered Maintenance improvements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain utility drawings, flow diagrams and SOPs.
• Support capital project shutdowns, tie-ins and startups.
