These individuals analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will offer consulting services across various business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of different software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you will focus on enhancing customer engagement and refining front-office and back-office processes through technology solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain high standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity. Your work will include defining customer journey maps, facilitating testing, and monitoring customer experience metrics to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

  • Experience facilitating testing and validation of customer experience solutions.
  • Ability to monitor and measure customer experience metrics.
