About The Cystic Fibrosis Center at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler: The CF Center at UTHSCT Tyler, located in North East Texas with a population of 2 million, is the only CF center in northeast Texas. It offers comprehensive services from evaluation to research, and has been affiliated with UT Southwestern since 1985, accredited by the CFF. It is the only regionally accredited sweat-chloride testing center, with expertise in bronchiectasis and non-tuberculous mycobacterial disease.
