River Run Country Club in Davidson, NC seeks a Tennis Professional to join Landscapes Golf Management’s premier racquet sports program. The role demands elite playing ability and outstanding instruction, with a focus on exceptional member experiences. Evening and weekend work is required.

An ideal candidate will teach all ages, develop clinics, and maintain courts with a service-driven approach in a luxury club setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest relations.
• Strong knowledge of tennis rules and teaching methods.
• High-level playing ability with demonstrable technique.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with teaching, planning, and promoting tennis programs.
• Develop and run clinics and events to attract and retain members.
• Create lesson programs for all ages; adapt coaching to athletes.
• Ensure exemplary customer service and maintain safety on courts.
• Maintain courts, inspect equipment, and manage supplies.
• Assist payroll and HR records for tennis staff; cooperate with other departments.
