AEXP Express Corporation is seeking a mail delivery driver/mail carrier for a USPS mail route in Augusta, ME. The role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift 70 pounds, and residence in or near Augusta.

The position runs full-time, Monday to Saturday with a roughly 7-hour shift, and a vehicle is provided by the driver. Expect about 40 miles of driving per day and compensation of $200 per day as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the Augusta, ME area.

Responsibilities

• Sorting mail and packages in delivery sequence for active mailboxes.
• Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle.
• Delivering mail and packages to customer boxes along an assigned line-of-travel.
• Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
• Other administrative duties as required.
