Job summary

AEXP Express Corporation in Waterboro, ME is seeking a mail delivery driver on a USPS route. You will deliver mail and parcels along an assigned line of travel and may dismount to complete deliveries. The position runs 6 days per week, 7:30am to 2:00pm, and you provide your own vehicle.

Compensation is $170 per day as a 1099 contractor, with monthly payments. Must meet vehicle and residency requirements and be able to lift 70 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have legal documentation to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
• Must reside in Waterboro, ME or nearby area.
• Must have a qualifying vehicle (minivan/cargo van) with 120 cu ft cargo space and <5 years old, and minimum liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Sort mail and packages in delivery sequence for active mailboxes.
• Load mail and parcels into the delivery vehicle in order.
• Deliver mail and packages to customer boxes along the assigned route.
• Dismount as needed to deliver parcels and accountable mail.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
