Global K9 Protection Group LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Site Supervisor to join the GK9PG team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise GK9PG employees at the station location supporting the International Service Center (ISC) for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).
- Ensure adherence to the USPIS 3PK9 Program and the latest USPIS Playbook procedures.
- Contribute site-specific input to the Area Manager as needed.
- Act as the primary client interface for GK9PG leadership at each site.
- Enforce all GK9PG policies, including the USPIS Playbook.
- Conduct on-leash training and screening (20 hours per week).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
- Oversee Operational Implementation Plans, ensuring compliance with contractual regulations.
- Assist with badging processes and perform functions of the corporate signatory authority as required.
- Manage GK9PG equipment and maintain inventory accountability.
- Represent the organization positively to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Monitor operational efficiency and work towards achieving company-set goals.
- Improve customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and policy updates.
- Investigate operational discrepancies and update canine operations procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, PTO management, and overtime oversight with approval from the SVP of Operations.
- Enforce policies from the employee handbook and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Coordinate support requests and facilitate administrative requirements like badging.
- Manage equipment inventory and initiate reorder or purchase procedures as needed.
- Perform functions of the signatory authority when required.
- Develop and counsel employees, including informal coaching and formal counseling.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for employees underperforming.
- Act as the company's face on-site, resolving disputes and representing company interests.
- Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of on-leash screening or training.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing training compliance including TSA and company-specific certifications.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to maintenance and medication protocols for K9 units.
- Coordinate site or client-specific training and ensure compliance uploads are maintained in GlobalView.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
