Global K9 Protection Group LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Site Supervisor to be an integral part of the GK9PG team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first-line supervisor for GK9PG employees at station locations supporting the International Service Center (ISC) for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).
- Ensure adherence to the USPIS 3PK9 Program and procedures outlined in the latest USPIS Playbook.
- Provide site-specific input to the Area Manager as needed.
- Act as the primary client interface with GK9PG leadership at each site.
- Enforce all GK9PG policies and procedures, including the USPIS Playbook.
- Conduct on-leash training and screening (20 hours per week).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
- Oversee operational implementation plans and ensure compliance with contractual regulations.
- Assist with badging processes and perform functions of the company's signatory authority as required.
- Manage GK9PG equipment, maintaining accountability and overseeing inventory.
- Promote a positive organizational image to employees, customers, and the community.
- Ensure operational efficiency and achievement of site goals.
- Improve customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and procedural updates.
- Investigate operational discrepancies and update canine operations procedures as appropriate.
- Enforce company policies and ensure safe work environments.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, PTO, overtime, and reporting.
- Coordinate TDY support as needed.
- Facilitate employee development, counseling, and performance improvement plans.
- Act as the company's representative on-site, resolving disputes and maintaining client relationships.
- Maintain employee engagement and oversee training and compliance requirements, including certifications and documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of K9 care and site-specific training.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
- Ability to lead with tact, professionalism, and respect.
- Experience in managing operations, compliance, and team development.
- Ability to work outside normal hours, including weekends, as required.
