Job summary

DLH Corporation in North Charleston, SC, seeks a senior SIGINT/EW systems engineer to integrate and operate the TCAC FoS fusion center for Marine Corps support. The role focuses on configuring, validating, and maintaining automated SIGINT processing and reporting capabilities in a distributed lab environment.

Candidates will demonstrate an 8-year track record with DCGS/SIGINT, will hold TS/SCI and Security+ within 60 days, and excel in Windows/Linux administration, scripting, and patch

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of hands-on experience with Signals Intelligence or Distributed Common Ground System, to include three of the five areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
• Recognized expert with Distributed Common Ground System or Signals Intelligence systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cybersecurity personnel to scan Windows hosts and Linux VMs for vulnerabilities and missing STIGs using ACAS/SCAP.
• Utilize PowerShell and Bash scripting to patch, update software, and modify configurations on Windows and Linux hosts.
• Resolve installation issues for new or updated software and maintain network servers within the lab environment.
• Retrieve patches and SIGINT tools from repositories; install, update, and configure applications to run correctly.
• Produce new software baselines and system builds based on operational requirements.

Overview

The TCAC FoS is fielded to the United States Marine Corps Radio Battalions (RadBn) and Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The TCAC FoS is a computer-based Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)/Electronic Warfare (EW) fusion center that provides automated SIGINT processing, analysis, and reporting capabilities. The system is configured to operate in a distributed mode and can automatically accept, process, correlate, and geographically display air, surface, subsurface, and emitter and sensor reports. The Fleet Marine Force (FMF) RadBns and MARSOC use the TCAC FoS capabilities to provide timely and accurate SIGINT/EW support to Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) combat operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cybersecurity personnel utilizing ACAS and SCAP to scan Windows hosts and Linux VMs for vulnerabilities and missing STIGs.
• Utilize PowerShell and Bash scripting to apply patches, update software, and make configuration changes to Windows hosts and Linux VMs.
• Resolve application and configuration issues that arise during installation of new or updated software.
• Retrieve various Microsoft patches and SIGINT tools from applicable repositories; install and update the applications, and configure each to successfully execute as expected.
• Establishes and maintains network servers within the lab environment.
• Produces new software baselines and system builds based on operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical Training in computer systems and hardware integration.
• Eight (8) years of hands-on experience with Signals Intelligence or Distributed Common Ground System, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
• Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or military experience with Distributed Common Ground System or Signals Intelligence systems.
• Security + CE Certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance walking through the door

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Marine Corps system experience with an emphasis on SIGINT and C4I, and Systems/Software Integration.
• Familiarity with REL 9, Cisco Switches, Linux, Active Directory, Systems Administration, Bash, PowerShell, and Podman is a plus.
