Job summary

DLH Corp is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity specialist to support the TCAC FoS SIGINT/EW fusion center. The role involves hands-on vulnerability scanning, patching, and configuration management across Windows and Linux hosts in a lab environment.

You will apply ACAS/SCAP, write PowerShell and Bash scripts, maintain network servers, and contribute to software baselines and builds to meet operational requirements. A TS/SCI clearance and Security+ CE certification are required or must be obtained.

Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on experience with Signals Intelligence or Distributed Common Ground System, including Systems/Operational/Data Analysis
• Security+ CE Certification required within 60 days of employment
• Active TS/SCI Clearance required on arrival
• Expert with DCGS or SIGINT systems and related security protocols
• Experience integrating hardware and software components in a lab or field environment

Overview

The TCAC FoS is fielded to the United States Marine Corps Radio Battalions (RadBn) and Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The TCAC FoS is a computer-based Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)/Electronic Warfare (EW) fusion center that provides automated SIGINT processing, analysis, and reporting capabilities. The system is configured to operate in a distributed mode and can automatically accept, process, correlate, and geographically display air, surface, subsurface, and emitter and sensor reports. The Fleet Marine Force (FMF) RadBns and MARSOC use the TCAC FoS capabilities to provide timely and accurate SIGINT/EW support to Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) combat operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cybersecurity personnel utilizing ACAS and SCAP to scan Windows hosts and Linux VMs for vulnerabilities and missing STIGs.
• Utilize PowerShell and Bash scripting to apply patches, update software, and make configuration changes to Windows hosts and Linux VMs.
• Resolve application and configuration issues that arise during installation of new or updated software.
• Retrieves various Microsoft patches and SIGINT tools from applicable repositories; installs and updates the applications, and configures each to successfully execute as expected.
• Establishes and maintains network servers within lab environment.
• Produces new software baselines and system builds based on operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical Training in computer systems and hardware integration.
• Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Signals Intelligence or Distributed Common Ground System, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
• Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or military experience with Distributed Common Ground System or Signals Intelligence systems.
• Security + CE Certificationrequiredwithin60 daysof employment.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance walking through the door

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Marine Corps system experience with an emphasis on SIGINT and C4I, and Systems/Software Integration.
• Familiarity with REL 9, Cisco Switches, Linux, Active Directory, Systems Administration, Bash, PowerShell, and Podman is a plus.
