Do you enjoy working with people and being part of live events? We’re looking for reliable, friendly team members to welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and help ensure safety during world-class performances. Join an international team and be part of an unforgettable show experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome guests at the entrance, check their tickets, guide them to their seats, and assist with directions to exits, restrooms, and concessions.
• Support a smooth and safe experience by helping customers in and out of their seats, using flashlights when needed, and assisting guests with special needs or mobility limitations.
• Maintain order and safety by answering questions, handling complaints, identifying disruptive behavior, and ensuring all guests follow safety rules.
• Keep the venue clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and making sure exit paths are clear and properly lit.
• Assist with any additional tasks required to support the team and enhance the guest experience.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Czech or other languages is an asset.
• Availability from 3rd September until 12th October on designated show days.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with professional behavior and proper greetings.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to stand for long hours and move frequently up and down stairs.
• Presentable appearance: clean, straight posture, dressed in all black (shirt, pants, shoes without logos).
• Comfortable working in a loud and fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player who collaborates well with others.
• Able to recognize when to involve a supervisor or escalate a situation.
