Job Functions:

  1. Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seat and examine tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.
  2. Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.
  3. Resolve guest complaints or problems.
  4. Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
  5. Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
  6. Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
  7. May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.
  8. Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.
  9. Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
  10. May help at informational kiosks or displays around the venue.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  2. At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
  3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  4. Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  5. Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+
