Forest Theater seeks an Usher/Greeter to deliver outstanding guest service and support during performances, events, and community programs. Under the general supervision of the Guest Services Manager, with support from the Guest Services Coordinator and House Managers, the Usher/Greeter provides exceptional guest service and operational support during performances, events, and community programs.
This role is essential to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all guests while helping advance Forest Theater’s mission of preserving culture, expanding opportunity, and strengthening community.
