THE JOB:

As an Usher, you will be an essential part of our guests’ experiences, welcoming them to some of the premier and exciting shows at Borgata. Your friendly demeanor and genuine service will help create a memorable atmosphere, as you connect with guests and ensure their needs are met during their visit. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Review tickets to ensure correct event information
  • Greet guests with eye contact, a smile and a friendly, welcoming greeting
  • Advise supervisor and/or management of all unusual customer concerns
  • Maintain awareness of crowd situations
  • Maintain a working relationship with all departments, staff and vendors associated with the venue
  • Provide any post event feedback to supervisor and/or management upon request
  • Recognize, resolve, and/or report issues and safety concerns that could contribute to guest, staff, and/or vendor experience
  • Retain event information provided during pre and post event briefing(s) as well as information provided regarding the property’s restaurants, services, shows and events
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $16.00

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
