Responsibilities

  • Develop and disseminate guidance materials and SOPs for USG donor requirements.
  • Review new USG awards and advise teams on award terms.
  • Provide technical assistance on reporting, risk assessments, pre-approvals, and fraud-related reporting.
  • Serve as GO/W focal point for aid diversion and misconduct reporting.
  • Coordinate with HQ and Legal on award terms and lessons learned.
