Seeking an Experience Researcher with at least 5 years' UX experience for a 4.5 month remote/WFB (in US) contract at our client, a global SaaS firm with >200 products.

Note: you cannot be hired on a C2C basis.

Location: Remote, WFH (open to US based candidates only)

This role requires 5 years' UX experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, you should be adept at executing user interviews or usability studies to gather deep insights into user needs and behaviors. Additionally, you need to have experience in designing and conducting surveys, analyzing data using statistical methods, and leveraging analytics tools to identify trends. That ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations is crucial. A background in manufacturing products is preferred.
