Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to help evolve two legacy systems and build a new integrated platform. You will work in a SAFe Agile team, solicit client requirements, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Applicants should have 8+ years in UI/UX, strong web/mobile design skills, and experience with user research, accessibility standards, and cross-functional collaboration. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills for presenting design concepts and gathering feedback.
• Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX projects and measurable impact on user satisfaction.

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
