Job summary

Photon is seeking a passionate UX Writer to shape user experiences with clear, persuasive content across web and mobile apps. You will partner with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-centered copy that informs, guides, and delights users.

You will conduct content audits, create personas, and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, staying current with trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or related field; Master's is a plus.
• Proven UX Writer experience with a strong portfolio of content design work.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of user-centered design and applying it to content.
• Experience creating content for web and mobile interfaces.
• Proficiency with design tools and collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication for cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with user research and content usability testing.
• SEO knowledge is a plus; accessibility and inclusive design are bonus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful content design work.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft user-centered content.

Understanding of user-centered design principles and their application to content design.

Experience creating content for web and mobile applications, including user interfaces and microcopy.

Proficiency in collaborating with design tools and platforms.
