We seek a User Experience Designer Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

1. What will help you succeed:
2. Strong knowledge of the stages of the design process, from initial understanding, through product definition, to final delivery.
3. Familiarity with user research, workshop facilitation, product analysis, interaction design, and usability testing.
4. Experience with web and mobile application design, responsive design, and grid principles.
5. Skills in intermediate planning and collaboration tools.
6. Experience working with agile teams and producing design documentation.
7. Ability to work in teams to propose solutions and identify opportunities.
8. Experience in similar positions.
9. Proficiency in design and visual collaboration tools such as Figma, Figjam, Mural, and Miro is a plus!
