Description

Robert Half's client is looking for a UX Designer for a 1-year contract that is 100% remote. You will design seamless, user-friendly logistics experiences that simplify complex global workflows for buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design from concept to delivery, creating intuitive web and mobile interfaces.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Drive strategic planning and propose innovative, data-backed experience improvements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor other designers to ensure design excellence.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
• Comfortable working with technical teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Experience prototyping directly in Figma.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years in interaction design for web/software applications.
• Proficient in Figma with a strong online portfolio.
• Deep understanding of web UX best practices, UCD principles, and usability techniques.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Skilled at presenting work to stakeholders and contributing to UI/UX standards.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and logistics standards
