ResMed Inc is seeking a User Data Growth Analytics Lead to define the analytics foundation for a connected-device user base. You will lead measurement across engagement, retention, and expansion, tying insights to demand and revenue while collaborating with Finance, Product, and Commercial teams.

You will build scalable data products, drive agile forecasting, and elevate insights to leadership to guide strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, growth, or user analytics, including leadership of analytical programs or teams.
• Advanced SQL and analytical skills, with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, Python, or similar tools.

• Tell the story behind the data—build cohort and lifecycle analyses to explain behaviors, identify growth opportunities, and clarify churn drivers.
• Translate insights into financial impact—link user dynamics to commercial performance, connecting engagement to demand and revenue outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional visibility—partner with Product, Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to analyze performance and align actions.
• Shape scalable data products—collaborate with Data and Technology to improve data quality and develop dashboards for self-service analytics.
• Move fast and measure impact—test hypotheses, measure results, and refine strategies based on insights.
