About the Role

Ford of Boerne has recently completed a multi-million dollar Reconditioning Facility. This new service shop will handle reconditioning for all makes and models in our used vehicle department. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Examine and diagnose used vehicles
2. Discuss repairs and provide labor estimates to the reconditioning manager
3. Perform maintenance and light repairs on all makes and models
4. Plan work in cooperation with the reconditioning manager
5. Monitor repair times and update the reconditioning manager
6. Complete documentation for internal repairs

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a technician, with the ability to work on all makes and models.
