Jgpete in Salt Lake City is seeking an automotive sales professional to guide customers through vehicle selections, explain features and warranties, and coordinate with finance and service teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices.

The role requires solid negotiation and closing skills, basic computer proficiency, and familiarity with CRM systems. CDL is preferred; training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Understand truck terminology and stay updated on product tech, inventory, and features.
• Provide thorough product information and demonstrations to prospects.
• Know and understand laws governing retail vehicle sales.
• Present paperwork to finance and insurance; complete paperwork.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and ensure features work.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Introduce customers to service department and maintenance options.
• Follow up on post-delivery items and title work to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with service/body shop for timely reconditioning.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Assist with used-vehicle inspection.
• Maintain a professional business appearance.
• Write sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies.
