Job summary

603 Auto Salvage, located in Plaistow, NH, is seeking a full-time Used Car Buyer/Junk Car Buyer to grow its vehicle acquisition pipeline. You will assess leads, value vehicles, negotiate with sellers, and coordinate pickups with tow drivers. This in-person role offers room to grow and direct impact on the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto buying, used car sales, or salvage.
• Knowledge of vehicle values and scrap pricing.
• Familiarity with NH/MA/ME title/registration paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate inbound leads and assess vehicle values quickly.
• Negotiate purchase prices with sellers over the phone and in person.
• Verify title status and paperwork requirements per state.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups with tow truck drivers.
• Track purchases, margins, and pipeline in our system.
• Build relationships with repeat sellers, shops, and tow partners.
• Spot wholesale and parts-car opportunities in the market.
