Job summary

Fred Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Greenville, SC. You will perform factory scheduled maintenance and repairs following manufacturer standards, diagnose issues, and communicate findings to service advisors.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of technician experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• Possess one or more ASE certifications.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow all manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs and additional needs for vehicles.
• Provide high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Work as a team with service department professionals.

Should have the ability and knowledge to conduct repair orders and mechanical work on vehicles. Maintain the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer standards. Possess one or more ASE certifications.**Consistency: Produce quality work every day and focus on fixing it right the first time.**Leadership: Be able to answer questions regarding vehicles, the dealership and service.
