Job summary

Kenny Ross Subaru in North Huntingdon, PA has immediate openings for experienced technicians in our Reconditioning and Main Service Departments. Full-time position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians.

In-person attendance is required and pay ranges from $65,000 to $120,000 annually depending on experience and production. We offer above-market compensation, 401(k), health and vision insurance, paid training, paid time off, and toolbox relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have PA State and Emissions License
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on customer satisfaction
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Detail-oriented, capable of high-quality repairs
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• A valid PA driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and repairs.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, brakes, HVAC, suspension, alignments, and accessories.
• Must have operating knowledge of shop equipment such as vehicle lift, alignment machine, tire machine, wheel balancer, diagnostic scan tools, and brake rotor/drum resurfacing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Must be willing to perform a video walkaround and include photos with Digital MPI tool when completing estimates
