City Limits Subaru is seeking a Service Technician with several years of main line experience to perform maintenance, light or heavy repairs, and warranty work. The role emphasizes safe, efficient vehicle service and adherence to dealership processes.

A $2500 sign-on bonus is offered, with a flag rate based on certifications and experience. The technician will conduct inspections, communicate findings clearly, and stay current with manufacturer training.

Qualificações

• Must have prior Technician experience above a Lube Tech level.
• Competent knowledge of automotive technology and related tools and equipment.
• ASE Certifications helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts multipoint inspections and video inspections of customer vehicles to identify needed maintenance services and repairs.
• Follows all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by the dealership policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Uses and maintains dealership-provided equipment in proper operating conditions.
• Documents inspection findings and maintenance requirements clearly and accurately and communicates them to the service advisor/ASM or Shop Foreman.
• Communicates proactively with other associates to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work throughout the shop.
• Quality checks own work and the work of other Technicians as requested.
• Stays up to date with all manufacturer and dealership required training.
