Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicles Technician
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts. Save and tag parts as needed.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Advise service advisor if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Document work performed.
• Road-test vehicles when required.
• Supervise work of apprentice technicians as assigned.
