• Knowledge of inventory management tools and market pricing platforms.

Aufgaben

• Drive used vehicle sales volume, front-end gross, and overall profitability.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Sales Consultants to goals.
• Manage inventory strategy including sourcing, pricing, aging, and turns.
• Oversee trade appraisals and acquisition channels for steady flow.
• Collaborate with service/reconditioning for fast turnaround.
• Desk deals, structure transactions, and improve closing ratios.
• Monitor metrics like inventory turn, days-to-sale, and margin.
• Ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with market data.
• Work with F&I to maximize product penetration and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with dealership standards and regulations.
