New Car Sales Manager

To keep up with growing sales volumes, we need a top performing Sales Manager with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and sales, as well as the ability to train and motivate a team to become high performers. Responsibilities:

  • Drawing on your 2 or more years of experience, you will create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere with a focus on employee retention and performance.
  • Work with each salesperson and manager to set specific goals and objectives.
  • Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
  • Conduct sales meetings.
  • Maintain a balanced inventory in used sales.
  • Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy to help the dealership meet its sales goals.
  • Play an active role in the community.
