Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in automotive maintenance or repair.
• 2+ years of reconditioning or dealership service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-point inspections and light mechanical repairs.
• Experience working with internal service departments or used vehicle operations.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and able to pass background checks, MVR, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair vehicles to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, batteries, and fluid checks.
• Document work performed and communicate needed repairs with service advisors or management.
• Assist with cosmetic reconditioning including buffing, interior cleaning, and trim repairs.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards before front-line readiness.
• Maintain reconditioning logs and meet daily production targets.
• Operate and move vehicles safely around the dealership and service areas.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
