Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to pre-hire screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial multi-point inspections on pre-owned vehicles to identify repairs.
• Execute routine maintenance and service tasks (oil changes, brakes, battery, fluids, tires).
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues across makes and models.
• Test and verify vehicle controls and safety features post-repair.
• Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure safety and quality.
• Log work orders and repair recommendations in service software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
