Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in automotive reconditioning, detailing, or light mechanical work.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, cosmetic repairs, and basic mechanical procedures.
• Experience with paint touch-ups, detailing, and minor bodywork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming pre-owned vehicles and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Perform mechanical, cosmetic, and safety reconditioning on vehicles, including minor repairs, detailing, and paint touch-ups.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Inventory Managers to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
• Maintain high-quality standards on all vehicles to meet dealership and manufacturer expectations.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory tracking and documentation of vehicle condition and repairs.
• Stay current on best practices for reconditioning, detailing, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the Service and Sales teams to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery.
