You will read manuals, use diagnostic tools, test drive, document work, and maintain safe, organized workspaces while collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 prior years of experience working on vehicles, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical or cosmetic issues before sale.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks using specialized tools.
• Collaborate with Internal Advisors to prioritize work and communicate issues promptly.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure proper working condition.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and report delays to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
