Job summary

Used Vehicle Lot Porter at our dealership ensures inventory cleanliness, proper display, and readiness for viewing, test drives, and delivery. You will work with Sales, Service, Reconditioning, and Inventory to support efficient operations and a professional, safe environment.

The role involves organizing inventory, moving vehicles, cleaning, transporting between locations, staging for customers, and reporting any issues. Outdoor, physical role with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain used vehicle inventory and lot areas.
• Move, park, and reposition vehicles as directed by management.
• Ensure vehicles are properly displayed and accessible for customers.
• Assist with receiving new inventory and verifying VINs and locations.
• Wash, vacuum, and perform basic cleaning of vehicles.
• Safely transport vehicles between dealership locations and facilities.
• Prepare vehicles for photographs, online listings, and customer deliveries.
